Ravi and I took a trip on Sunday to Rotterdam to go to the M.C. Escher Museum. We both had an amazing time in the exhibit and walked out with our minds sore from looking at the artist and mathematician's works and trying to figure them out. My favorite thing about Escher's work is the way your eyes get pulled around without your control, as you fight with the painting, thinking a space must be an empty space, until Escher fools you again and it's a frog or a bird.
