legit crêpes

Florent made us crêpes Tuesday night, and every crêpe I have had in my entire life was blown out of the water by his creations. Of course, the typical Frenchman, he complained that the Austrian milk just wasn't right and that the entire crêpe tasted off because of it, but I shooshed him and kept re-filling my plate. We had a two different main course options, and then butter, sugar, and lemon crêpes for dessert. It was the most lovely dinner a man has ever cooked for me.
option 1: ham, cheese, mushroom onion, salt, and pepper crêpes
