Friday (today) afternoon---was heading to Cafe Phil to write 5 pages, but veered off course (literally half-way to the cafe) to go walk along the Pratersten Hauptallée and sit for a while on the soccer field and write. A very good decision.

| All three in this family are wearing snowboarding-esque outfits. There are no good mountains for miles around. It was warm enough for me to take off my jacket and sit on it. I was confused, but they were mostly just adorable. |

i'm never going to finish these papers (from this past semester). Damn Austria and their lack of firm deadlines. "End of April" is no motivation at all when I know I could always ask for another month or two!
